Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TrustPages ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Denizhan Koçakgöl, an individual based in Antalya, Turkey. By creating an account or using usetrustpages.com you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

TrustPages monitors publicly available web pages (such as vendors' sub-processor lists and privacy policies) that you configure, detects changes, classifies them, and publishes an approved change history on a public trust page. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Monitoring depends on third-party websites we do not control; we do not guarantee that every change is detected or classified correctly, and the Service does not constitute legal or compliance advice.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may only monitor pages you are legally permitted to access.

4. Subscriptions, trials and billing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. When the trial ends without a subscription, the account is not closed: it moves to the free plan, which monitors up to 3 pages and keeps your existing data and trust page. Pages above that limit stop being checked but are not deleted, and subscribing restores them.

Two paid plans raise that limit: Starter (currently $29/month, or $290/year, plus applicable taxes) monitors up to 10 pages and adds AI-classified change review, an approval queue and drafted Article 28(2) notices. Growth (currently $89/month, or $890/year, plus applicable taxes) monitors up to 30 pages and adds the downloadable, SHA-256-verified audit evidence pack, full CSV export, and the option to remove the "Powered by TrustPages" badge from your trust page.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan on the same terms as an expired trial — your data and trust page are kept, and pages above the free limit are switched off rather than deleted. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to monitor pages in violation of applicable law or third-party rights, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, resell it without our written consent, or use it to send unsolicited email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the configuration and data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service, including publishing the change history you approve on your public trust page. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Data protection roles

For the personal data you put into the Service — your account email, the email addresses of people who subscribe to your trust page, and the addresses you send Article 28(2) notices to — you are the controller and we act as your processor. We process that data only on your documented instructions, which for the ordinary operation of the Service are these terms and your configuration in the dashboard.

For our own account, billing and security records we act as controller. The public pages we monitor are published by third parties and are not processed on your behalf.

Our Data Processing Agreement sets out the Article 28(3) terms, including our current sub-processors and how we notify you before they change. It forms part of these terms and applies automatically to every account — you do not need to request or sign a separate copy.

8. Retention of your records

Change records, captured page snapshots and evidence packs are kept for as long as your account exists, on any plan including the free plan, and are not deleted when a subscription ends or a page is switched off. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before introducing any automatic deletion schedule, so that you can export first.

Deleting your account deletes your data. Ask at support@usetrustpages.com and we will confirm when it is done.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach of these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Antalya, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, or are otherwise protected by mandatory law in your country of residence, this does not deprive you of the protection of that law or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
