The 'Last Updated' date for the sub-processors list has been updated. Additionally, Automattic Inc. (Akismet) and Cloudinary have been added as new sub-processors, and Anthropic PBC and Google LLC have been added as AI model providers for Figma Weave. A new note about Weave Tools also has been added.
Why this matters if you use Figma
Under GDPR Article 28(2), your own customers are usually entitled to notice before you add or replace a sub-processor — and Figma's sub-processors are part of that chain. The notice period in a typical DPA is 10 to 30 days, and it starts when the vendor updates their page, not when you notice.
